指定要设置或查询的游戏规则。只有某些预设的游戏规则会影响游戏玩法（见预设游戏规则）。

BE：value: Boolean：enum或value: int：int
指定将游戏规则设置的值。只有true或false指定预设的游戏规则会真正影响游戏玩法，但是对于maxCommandChainLength、playersSleepingPercentage、randomTickSpeed、spawnRadius、maxEntityCramming[仅Java版]和functionCommandLimit[仅基岩版]，任何整数（-2147483648~2147483647）都会影响游戏玩法（见预设游戏规则）。
